blue would look cool but you should check your local laws. I know in texas you can get a ticket for changing any of your lights to a color that is none factory. Now odds are that you will not get a ticket for this, but it would give cops a reason to pull you over at 2am when your coming home from a bar. A state trooper in texas told me about this when i was asking him about changing my turn signal bulbs to blue instead of orange.
my friend changed his turn signals to red and he had to take them off because of a local, but then i was just driving the other day and i realized that the scion tc has red led turn signals...so i dunno. its stupid just like the underglow laws, even though there arent any

i live in texas and was told by a guy at autozone that most colors are fine, as long as its not blue or red (cop colors), cause they kinda feel its "their territory" and will pull you over.
it may be the blue or red, but i was told it was because it was not a standard color or something **** like that. I know he was not lieing to me because we are friends, but he did not go into a ton of detail. This may also be a TX thing and may not apply to other states.
Blue lights with blue fog lights is good ( it's like imitating HIDS hopefully, not those blue- blue, the color those HIDS give would be a good choice)
An Alternative the blue headlights and leave reg foglights.

yeah you have to keep the colors regular (ex. red brake lights, white reverse lights, yellow turn signals, etc.) but most cops cant tell if your car comes stock with white, yellow or bluish headlights. go for it
well i live in N.C. and thinking about doning something different than others by putting blue intead of yellow. well now that people said cops can pull u over i dont know i might check seen a lot of ppl with blue lights. and dont the new bmws come with blue headlights?

well the thing is is that they arent pure blue. theyre kinda a bluish white...hyperwhite for example. but you can tell the difference between aftermarket blue and xenon-ish blue.
