Hi

I am interested in how easy this engine swap would be.

I have a 2005 Lancer cs3a with a 4g18 engine and a Manual f5m411 gearbox.

Where I live in Thailand it is cheap and easy to get a 4g69 2.4 litre MIVEC engine as fitted to the Mitsubishi Spacewagon.

The 4g69's I could get would all originally have been fitted to an Automatic gearbox, but I prefer to drive a manual.

I would like to know if it is possible to mate a 4g69 to the bell housing and gearbox of my Lancer without any serious fabricating.
