i've had quiet a few people pm me on what kind of spoiler is on this evo i posted awhile ago with an RA wing and they wanted the RA wing because its a low profile wing but doesnt have the center piece like the oz-rally

 

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!! I just sold my stock RA wing to an evo owner who wanted the low profile look... and I put on an evo wing on

 

But isn't that what they are doing to the RA and lancer owners anyway they stereotype us as being wannabes... when all we are doing is finding an indivdiual style that we like and if some of the Evo parts are compatable and look good on the car then why not do it and then why should we bear the brunt of there narrow mindedness.... I personal could not care less if a Evo owner puts RA bodykit on there car it is there choice but what I get disappointed about is the way that they are so brave in getting on a forum and say such horrible negitive comments about our choice of styling - it's almost like you are creating a crime of some nature...

anyway it won't alter my choice of kit Accolade Evo 9 front bar and Evo 7 rear spoiler

32 something. a GI owned it(i live next to ft drum, ny). i was out with my girl today cause shes in the market for a car and she saw an 05 tiburon gt she liked(ew) and it had 38 something on it.......so i dunno.....average is like what 13k a year?

 

or they could be pissed that they dont know enough about cars to mod one to such power so they buy one?

 

i just hope the new ralliarts come with an evo8 wing and the new evo x comes with a new style of wing(something like the ralliart) oh wait that would still will not stop the winning .if i had an evo i wouldn't even come to this section and say anything bad about these cars because" i would know i would be a little more mature " but i guess thats the american way cut everyone to shreds thats not the same as you or try's to be. nice car by the way love the colour ,if i were you though i would have got the mustang in yellow ,with an evo wing

Ummm...where's the fog lights man? I can't see any in the pics and RA's come with them so figured I'd ask.

 

theyre in the same spot they always are...

and i didnt know they came stock with fog lights....i thought those were called driving lights.....i mean i doubt these things would do what foglights are intended to do

 

Oh please don't let her get a Tiburon!!! I had an '03 the first year that they new body style came out. I had the V6 with the six speed in it and it was nothing but problems for me. If you do let her get it, just remember I warned you first.

 

Maybe I'm blind, but I just see 2 black holes, no fog lights.

And yes, they do work as fog lights when it's foggy out.

 

I think you are blind... I can see the lenses in the pic you circled. They are faint, but they are definately there.

 

not to mention is the tiburon is like the eclipse. the "look't me look't me" car....basically overpriced and under powered.

she found a used saab 9-3 for 20 and her dad loves saabs so she will probably end up getting it.....despite the fact that parts are wicked pricey and you have to finance just a lightbulb.....damn european cars


and about the fog lights, i havent had it long enough to **** with the fog yet. we dont get much fog around here except during the winter but thats more like blinding snowstorms with icefog

 

Actually, the Tibby was the fastest car for under $20k when I bought mine back in '03. It's a pretty quick little car with the V6 in it. I took a GT-S of the line through second gear but he caught me in third because he had the top end. Torque was the name of the game in that car, much like the RA. The only thing that was bad about the car is that it just fell apart on me and was very noisy. I guess you get what you pay for!

Saab is a good car. They are made by GM so they must be good right?

Yeah, they do good for the fog because they light up what's immediatly in front of you where the normal driving lights don't.
