Its an 04 and I payed 14.9 for it, i had the choice between this and an 04 mustang gt. im glad i picked the RA. I was just wondering what you guys think would be a good idea to do to it first.

To the OP, do what you want to your car. Don't let a guy who is selling a mini-van on a lancer enthusiast forum tell you what to do, that is absurd.

 

Butt looks like it's sagging. are there lowering springs on the car? What mods did it come with? I see the vg in the back...

 

If you're on a budget, just do little things like the front grille.

Otherwise, I'd definitely look into some new shoes first. edgeracing.com has some great options if you're on a budget.

 

I hope it's not otherwise my car is sagging too Looks like stock RA suspension to me very low in the back but quite a gap in the front.

 

yeah i havent really researched what to do yet. i wanna work on the engine before the body personally. gotta have something to back up the nice look.


....well i lied. monday im taking it to get the paint done up because someone keyed my car......i have 2 suspects and if i find out who then i hope they know alot about cars because theirs wont be able to move for awhile.

I'm not a fan of the yellow ralliart but I must show my love to a fellow ralliart owner. Welcome aboard. Here is what I did in order to my car.

Tinted windows
Flowmaster cat back exhaust
Injen short ram intake
Header/downpipe from RRM
Highflow cat
Heatshield to go around the short ram intake filter

I've done NO body work, I figure what good is having a ralliart that looks amazing but can't back it up with the engine.

My next mods are
Pulleys
Intake manifold
17' black rims

Lowering is a no-no for me because of the roads here, otherwise I'd say lower it a bit.

 

did it come with the vortex generator?

I suppose the first thing to look at is rims - the kit looks fine for the time being especially if you are looking at go fast bits to start off with - plenty of options available hardest thing to work out is going N/A or Boosted RPW are in the final stages of my turbo kit which will be including a turbo cam haltech E8 air water air intercooler and running to start with a mild boost of 7psi but may be wound out to 12psi but if N/A is your thing then they have the 4-1 race design extractors cam shaft and intake mods and the Haltech interceptor will also be available very soon or you can have the E8 work for even better results

 

well after i drove the 06 that was black i looked at the numbers for financing and i wasnt able to afford that every month so i had the sales guy run the numbers for this one and i could afford it. i just knew i wanted a ralliart being that it was a decent car in my price range but couldnt afford a new one with my best buy income

 

how much did they want for an 06? you must have been getting raped on the interest. im at 3.9% on my 06, it would have been more expensive for me to get a used one because interest would have been 7.9%

anyways, car looks good, needs to be dropped and needs black accents, the bright yellow doesnt do it for me, but its your car do what you want with it
