No they will not. We leave it up to the installer to drill the holes. The tabs are there, just no holes.
You can always trim that peice out and glass it over and smooth it out. That's the beauty of fiberglass, it's easy to modify or fix.

Ouch with the plate filled in the rear bumper and the center post in the front.... you are killing me Ken. Besides that it looks GREAT.
