Bakuro's White Ralliart
Update:
Had a bunch of stuff come in. Took pictures of a lot of it.
New brake fluid for a complete flush and refill. Super Blue Racing DOT 4
New struts to replace my old and busted ones. KYB GR-2s
New ceramic brake pads all around. Powerstop Evolution
New rear motor mount. Will be Urethane filled soon.
Replacement caliper and random strut stuff. Caliper is from Centric
New 15mm wheel spacers. From Akata spacers.
New red wrapped stainless steel brake lines. From Techna-fit
RRM Under Drive Pulley and belt. From keithdiam0nd
New drilled and slotted rotors. From Powerstop
New extended open ended lugnuts. From Godspeed
As for the other stuff I last posted about:
3rd brake light is in. Need to remove the rear deck to cut out its spot.
Going to order Depo tails as soon as I recover from buying most of the above stuff. lol
Mud flaps will be going in while im in the wheel wells working on the brakes and such.
H-brace still need some work to get it in... ugh...
Subs... more like full stereo replacement the stock speakers from 2004 are starting to sound as if they are on their last leg.
And I think I found a setup for my mini battery just gotta swing by Tractor Supply one day.
And I'll be placing an order with Tire Rack for my Motegi MR-125's and Direzza ZII's hopefully today.
And thats all I got.
Id love to get this all done with soon. But with KY weather throwing snow one day, rain the next, and temps going from 5 up to 45 any given minute its hard to work on it. I need a garage in the worst of ways... lol

From what i have read, no. I haven't tried them on the stockers yet because i had just put on my other spacers and they didn't get near enough grip. But I'm about to make the jump to motegi's, so I'm hoping they will work with them. Before I do switch off the stockers i will take off the spacers and let you know for sure.
and op don't go crazy on paiting half of your body panels different colors man it gets tacky really quickly

Yea I only did those few panels on the dash and around the shifter. Im actually seriously thinking about turning a few of them black again...
I would like to find some kind of fabric to do everything I painted white in, along with the center arm rest, and the arm rests in the door cards. I think that would look pretty classy! haha!
As for the dual exhaust on the i4 thing, I think crans is probably referring to it being cheesy for a naturally aspirated inline 4 to have dual exhaust when it doesnt have the exhaust volume to require it. Now on a turbo car with a lot more exhaust volume it would make sense. but on a little 2.4 i4 that would pop an back fire on a pipe equal to or greater than a 2 3/4" its would be a little pointless other than for looks, and added rear end weight.

It makes such a small difference its not even worth talking about....and in terms of weight a good exhaust system will weigh less than stock all day every day..regardless of whether its single or dual exit...personally that mockup of the dual looks much better than the single you have now....making it your own and not following what everyone has done a million times is what customizing a car is all about and not everyone will like everything..as was the case with the vents on the front bumper lol but the dude before you enjoyed having them..so to each his own is all I was saying
if dual exhaust improved performance, i'd be all for it, but as a purely aesthetic mod, it's cheesy, and not to mention expensive...unless you yourself are very good at body work and fabrication, cause paying a body shop to make an extra "arch" in your rear bumper and make it look the same as the stock one, plus paint and blending then having the extra run fabricated for the other outlet would cost way more than a nice custom single outlet exhaust system...to each their own but spending excessive amounts of money on a minimum 7 year old chassis, just to be unique is stupid. it's a FWD non-turbo lancer. has nothing to do with weight.
just saying, if you have that kind of money to waste, why not waste it on a better car?

The spacers I ordered have their own lugs. SEE HERE But Ive been running 8mm spacers on the front and 10mm on the rear for around 6 months now and had no problems at all. looks nice too. Im gunna be working on her this weekend so I'll throw the 15mm on and see if it'll work.
