04 RA first wash
I thought I would not be lazy anymore and post some pics of my RA. I got her in Sept of 2011 with 66,000 miles. There are a few rock chips, but other than that she is very clean. The engine bay was just a little dusty, but manageable. The headlights are a bit foggy and will get a treatment once I get the time. I just wanted to share with everyone.

Thanks for the compliments on the RA. I would love to do some upgrades, but the little one comes first. I am also trying to get a house within the next year. If I do though get a amount of money that I can put aside then things might get installed. for now, she will just be stock and stay clean.

I took the badges from the dealership off the car. I am keeping the Ralliart badge though. There are too many OZ and SE lancers around here. I need to stick out a little.

I wish i had kept mine... although it is pretty amusing watching the faces of the douches around here (south bay) in their OZ's in my rear view after they try to be a badass thinking mine's an ES. they're always so sad and I love it . I never thought i'd say it, but I miss the OZ guys back in IN. lol

I dont know how it is for you, but Lancers are dude magnets. I parked in downtown for a night out just on a side street under a light. about 2 hours later I get a call from my friend saying theres a bunch of people around my car, so me and my girl walked down it was like 7 guys talking about Lancers. Dude magnents bro.

I hope it does not bring my the wrong crowd. Few things I have noticed is no matter what everyone thinks I want to race. Yeah, I know it's yellow and no I do not want to race(usually the little one is in the back). People seem to ride my bumper more. Also, at the lights I see some people crack there window to hear if I am going to take off or drive nice. Either way I enjoy the car. I hope it will be in the family for a long time. Heck, I kept my Beretta Z26 for 12 years before someone pulled out in front of me in there truck. It had 208,000 miles and looked very clean for the miles. With this car I am older and much easier on the cars. I forgot how much fun running through gears was!
