To sum it up they are talking about turboing the car and what you need to do it. They also mentioned how the Ralliart is such a good car but how its not really understood by anyone or any shops. And that they are glad to find more people in mexico working on the RA.

That's called a "body in white" and Mitsubishi doesn't offer the Evo that way or any other car. It is a special case for those like the COPO Camaros that Chevy does for just that car for grassroots drag racing programs.
In short, no you can't buy that for hardly any car that way.

Its too bad mitsu and other car makers don't do what toyota did with the GT86 RC in japan. I think it would be an excellent offering. I believe I remember hearing that they offered a special if you bought two as well. Lol one for DD and one for the weekend or track days! Sounds awesome to me. Id totally do it if buying a new car that I ever planned to modify.

Today the paint job started!!!! I was waiting much time for this
