I might be picking up another one, if its in good condition. I might just attempt this while I daily my current one. my only other concern is the rear of the car on how to tackle it as I do not weld or have any connections to one.

Thanks to all for all the comments!!!

A Sportback conversion is a great idea , you can use the same Evo wide body
panels for the rear and just mold the taillights because you don't need to change them, I think the EVO sportback and the Ralliart sportback use the sames or not?
just a plastic covers the wide quarter in the taillight union.

About drive experience, this is other world, for now the engine is stock and we feel the car very light and the response is better, also the wide tires help a lot to take the curves!! is very nice how it do it, we cannot wait for the turbo , please continue with yout AWD projects we will need your help in the future when we start here.

I will take pics using a good camera to show you the car in more detail, sorry for the iphone pics

Ive thought many times about widening the stance of my car for better handling. but seemed like a lot of work to make it work. LOL

Thanks to all for all the positive comments , I will try to install the turbo soon, but for now I can say you that the car is light, all the heavy parts
are gone and the fuel consume has been improve, this is amazing!!!, I know that when the turbo is running this fuel parameters will be down

I like so much how the wheel looks here:
