Mudflaps

I believe these are pretty rare in the US. Is this correct?

Yeah I have yet to see some on a car. But they are damned expensive. I saw some guy selling them in private for sale and he wanted a good chunk of change for them.

These are $275 (or £150). They are quite expensive due to the cost of polyurethane and the laser cut aluminium bracketery.

If I was to get flaps, I'd prob. just go all out and get the R.As instead of the plains.

im not so much concerned with mud, its the little rocks that fly up all the time when i drive and hit my side of my car that i want the flaps for...i think it will help out a ton, but i cant justify paying the 400 some odd dollars for the ones that MACHV sells...i would love the carbon fiber looking ones, but this place doesnst carry those...but whatever... im waiting it out to see if something else comes out. BTW do these things have the brackets so i can take them off reallyquick if i wanted?
thanks

They have 6 laser cut aluminium brackets and are help in place with quick release plastic rivets, very simple to fit and remove!

not for mud; you hot peice of ***, It's for looks, and for the rocks that come up from the tires as well. And they would work for when I'm warming the tires up on the track rather then caking all the rubber onto my sideskirts and wheel wells from my burnouts..
