after waiting almost 2 months for the backorder to clear, i got a perrin's shorty antenna

it is even smaller than the JDM ones they are selling on here and the reception hasn't changed

Looks kinda cool! I'd have to wait on it for now dood...if they were like 20 bucks I'd say fire it over. But I have a few things that are a bit more important....like my eyelids...hehe

 

if you go through any car washes, the stock anntenna looks dangersous.. this thing is at least shorter

I got the S2000 antenna from Honda dealership for $35 + tax. Maybe only an inch longer than the Perrin, but looks just as cool. I hear the Element antenna fits also, and doesn't have the stubby end.

Just a few other options.

 

yea i have 03 oz and i purchased a 03 s2000 antena short sweet and to the point..i know the s2000 also fits on the evo8 as well as that was how i made sure it fit 1st for mine...only cost $22 including the tax at the honda dealership

 

Sillypuddy - How'd ya end up buying 2 of them?? I'd buy one off of you...but I don't think I could for anymore then the price of the S2k one....wouldn't make sense for me.

 

I did the same thing and I love it. Cost me like $20 total at the Honda dealership; got the last one.... none left for any Hondas

this is canada and it's $60 CAD after shipping and duties

it's all metal compare to a plastic whip one from the s2000.. i was debating that one myself but after i saw this one i like it much better.. just my opinion..

i got two because the duties and shipping is the same.. i just basically spread it over two items instead of one

i looked at a s2000 and an element today and their antenna is still pretty long.. i am glad i got this one instead
