Well if you give till after the holiday’s ill give you a more definite answer Thanks for the interest though...

Oh and the piston slap was a bent wrist pin were pretty sure the cause was the defective boost controller and me being dump enough to not notice the boost gauge.... ya I know im a dump a**

Alright people I’ve come to the conclusion that this kit has to go If anyone is interested let me know I’m asking 2500.00 + shipping If its not sold by next month it will find its way back on my car... Seeing that that worm weather is already almost hear…I really have no reason for selling it besides boredom there is nothing wrong with it and the turbo was just rebuilt with a stage 3 wheel. So let me know Thanks…

Did you have to rebuild your motor because of the turbo kit? I'm interested but not if it wrecked your motor.

No LOL I chipped a piston and slightly bent a wrist pin but I was boosting 24 psi when I realized that my boost controller was doing the chicken…after the 3rd pull at the track I pulled off did a compression check and everything seemed to be fine so I corrected the leaning problem dropped it to 14 psi and figured I might as well finish breaking whatever was damaged…Ya right I dropped the boost to 6 psi and still drove the car for another 2 months…and to be honest I lifted the head because I wanted to see how bad the damage was otherwise the car still keep going with no problems…This motor can take a good beating I had Hondas that didn’t even finish the quarter mile but this motor after that abuse is pretty strong… So no you will not blow your motor at 6-8psi but 24 psi from experience yes your most likely going to do some damage…
