I don't think my Evo buddies down the street will like me ripping out their TT to test it on my car.

Have you asked RRM? Rock should know a little something about this I would think.

I just ended up getting an alarm system with a turbo timer built into it. It works pretty good. 1, 3, and 6 minute cool times. No problems so far. Just some wiring to the ignition harness required.

From what I remember, Turbo Timers are a Universal Application.

Well to answer this question YES the Lancer Ralliart and Evolution share the exact same ignition harness, i have just installed a HKS Turbo Timer in my ralliart and my harness and Timer were out of an Evo in Japan, so no problem there.

Why waste your time sitting in your car for 5 minutes twiddling your thumbs when a cheap little computer can do it for you and you can get on with your life?

Not wanting to sound too stupid but why do you want to have a turbo timer in your car...

These days the modern turbo has a oil line going to the turbo... so there should be no seizing up and it should not be running flat out anyway by the time you have stopped the car

I am yet to see a EVO or any other new or modern turbo car come from the factory with one installed...

I personally would not bother with one but if it's looks that you are after then by all means get one
