cool man. I bent a piece of the aluminum this afternoon. I am not sure how to compare it to the steel pipe, since it's much softer and I've never bent pipe before, but I think I will be ok if I bend a little at a time (large bends ) and use sand. It had some major deformation, but the ID (oval of course) only shrank to around 2.5" on a 45* bend. I should be able to do that with a 90* bend, some sand, and a whole lot more finesse that I used this time. I left my camera at my dads house or I would snap a pic or two.

I will have everything fabbed up so I can bolt it all on after I take possesion of my car from the dealer. Looking to end of July - middle of August. sorry guys, I will post up some pics once I get my camera from my dads tomorrow, maybe even of some bent intercooler piping!

new mods going on are letting me raise my boost target level to 15 psi I will tune for 10psi on the street, and 15psi for the track.

does anyone think this will be a problem with the stock bottem end?

It looks as if 10-12 psi daily will be the target. I am not sure if I will do a track tune yet. I bought some 90* couplers so I don't have to bend the aluminum piping. probably going to buy some new gauges, I don't like these at all All of it will have to wait, I am buying a house and need to get that all in order. I will be getting the map ecu2 piggyback unit, and will put the kit in when I move to the house. Probably not closing until at least the end of October.

Well end of October is not that far away... I like buying houses it means I usually make sure that I borrow enough money to do certain "renovations"

yeah, I am looking into doing some renovations, one property I am looking at is undervalued by about 20k due to cosmetics and missing appliances/fixtures. makes it so my initial purchase price will put me way ahead of the ball game and still have money for most of the stuff I need to do. I figure since it's undervalued now I can probably get at least 25-30k out of it in less than five years. either that, or get a loan on the equity and do another depends on the housing market, which sucks right now in the southeast (and the states in general from what I understand)
