I will start tonight. Let me come down from this major alcohol buzz and get back to my normal self

Gonna take some pics, explain a few things. Don't expect a lot. I am not going to actually start on the car yet aside from gauges anyway

yeah, thanks for the suggestion though.

Sorry guys, big project at my dads house today. It takes precedence, I live in an apartment so I use his garage.

We took out some sliding glass doors, rebuilt some framework, made a new header, and put in some french doors. Didn't even finish with him, I left with about two hours or so left on the doors, nevermind the drywall work left to do.

In any case, I had planned on test fitting the manifold and getting the turbo oriented correctly, mounting the intercooler, and bending all the pipe for it. We were supposed to work on running a 20A dedicated line to the garage today so I can use my welder. If we do that next weekend (16th) I will do the above, then the weekend of the 23rd I will do the exhaust. I will bolt it all on sometime before the last weekend of June, and be tuning by that Friday. I will probably take Thursday, Friday, and Monday off, just in case I can't have tuned properly by Monday I can always take it to the dyno to finish the tuning. I don't have the money, but I have to be able to drive to work

not yet, but yes I am using one of those.

you can't bend thin walled pipe with this, unless you work with it for awhile. two tricks, one I found out about online (and it was in the instruction book the pipe bender came with) and one I came up with myself.

one, you can fill the pipe you are bending with sand and cap the ends. It will be pretty stiff with sand in it and much less likely to crimp.

two, you can try heating one side of the pipe up to make it flex easier. I would say the outside of the bend, but haven't tried yet so it may be better to heat up the inside.

both my alum pipe and steel pipe is .120 wall, about twice as thick as usual.
