4g69 Mivec PCV System
Hey Guys, I drive a 05' Ralliart running on 12 lbs. of boost. But I have the issue of burning oil.. It's like it just evaporates fast especially under boost. There is No Smoke out of the tailpipe. The idle, alternates all of a sudden and when I pull to a stop, I smell the oil burning off slightly. After doing some research the symptoms mentioned are, related to a Poorly working or improperly connected PCV system so, I would like to know from the Pro's out there if, is there a difference bet. the way that 4g69's PCV System is hooked up with a turbo as opposed to a stock motor?........... Also does anyone know where I can find a layout of how the, SOHC 4g69's PCV System Works and is connected? I believe that the PCV System is also known as the Vacum System...... Thanks

well right now i have it to the atmosphere...stock pcv is connect to the intake manifold but right now i have my that line from the manifold connect to the vacuum lines from the turbo and have NO issue at all SO FAR... i'm running 9 psi...
also a friend of mine is running 10 psi and have the same set up as mine and his RA is manual tranny and no issues so far...i'm sure the tranny doesn't have to do with that but just to let you know that two RAs with different trannys have the same set up and NO ISSUES...i will ask some bodies here @ PR and let you know...
