For $400, ya think someone would have inspected them, but I've learned that unless you do it yourself, you get otherwise.

For 400 dollars you could of gotten 2 or 3 sets of the Wrx 440s. Return those buddy and go that route.

Shoulda', coulda', woulda', but the NA and the turbo reflash is going to be set up for the 550cc injectors. Yes, I realize ECU's can be set to accommodate different mods but I'm literally following UVTunes advice.

for a brand new set of 550's, the price is on par with RC and other makes...probably less...even less than OEM JDM sti 565's or whatever they are...myself i got a set of used 04 wrx injectors for $40, but i will be looking at 550's in the near future, in my quest to find out when the 4G69 can no longer take the abuse...

Ooops, Crans, FYI...

I changed the "OD" to "19.10" not "9.10". I was going by memory and missed the "1". I just changed the photo too. That is a closer representation, sans the black. Turbokits provided them with the injectors and the brand isn't listed.

no worries, it was the height of the injectors, and spacers i was concerned with, obviously if they're part of the kit, the spacer ID will allow the bolt to pass through, and the OD will fit the fuel rail/intake manifold...

did they mention anything about using longer fuel rail bolts? i used bolts that were 5mm longer...

No, but now I'll ask...did you find it necessary or could the OEM bolts work? I'm still waiting for Hackish to finish my reflash so I can't install anything yet.

OT..my RRM CF lip (replacing my OEM lip) should be shipped out to me next week from California. Hopefully, that and the fuel management steps will come together at around the same time...something to look forward to!

I used the stock bolts, and they didn't grab enough threads, and one of the bolts pulled out, and i popped an injector seal, and i had a bit of a fuel leak...so i tapped it and got longer bolts...my spacers are bigger, as they are rubber, i had to go taller, cause i couldn't find anything the exact size...

funny story, when hackish was writing turbo ROMs for me over skype we couldn't figure out why it was idling so lean, but AFR was perfect while driving...turns out i forgot to plug the O2 bung in the O2 housing, so basically it was a massive exhaust leak, obviously it would read lean with atmosphere just around the corner from the stock O2 sensor...lol, i'm sure hackish buried his face in his palms when we figured it out...funny thing it wasn't any louder than when i was NA...the turbo actually made the car more quiet...

i think i posted this story somewhere, but it goes to show, little things get missed and and it makes it hard for the tuner to sort it out if he's not actually there...
I am currently having this issue with my build, can't figure out why it is happening. All I can think it has to be O2 placement I moved the top ones from a 1.5" pipe about 6" from the head to a 3" pipe about 18" from the head. I plan on re-doing the top part of my downpipe and moving the O2's closer to the flange. But when it's under load it runs like a beast! The car just wants to go fast.

I've spoken briefly with hack about it I need to send him pics of my set up, so we can try to figure it out.
