Hey guys ! im new here and also new to mitsi's , i got a cedia ralliart wagon turbo , and i want to know if its safe to run a aftermarket b.o.v on it and just bung the hole , dose the lancer need the recirculation ? will it be safe for the engine ? Any input and advice welcome ! thanks !

 

why can't you recirculate an aftermarket BOV? is there any reason you want to vent to atmosphere, other than making your BOV super loud?


you will have issues unless you run speed density, because you'll be venting air that has already been metered by the MAF sensor...
