Lightbulb CAI vs SRI on RAs

I saw on rrm's web says the SRI "alone will drop 0-60 time by a sec", but they said nothing about the CAI but "10hp gain". So will the CAI also drop the 0-60 a sec or more, or it just gives me 10hp. Well, sometimes a gain in hp doesnt lead to a big drop in 0-60.
My qestion is which is better for our RA owners the CAI ot SRI

it'll take a heck of a lot more than a silly intake to drop a FULL second off your 0-60. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who disagrees with me either.
