i'm wondering whether we have the same fuses and all, can you help me compare? thanks

daytime running lights, i want to put a hid kit, but if the drls are still there, it'll messed up the bulb and with lower wattage(on drls) the bulbs will only flicker

so i'm kinda need to compare the fuse box :P wondering if its any diff

I had HID on my solara and i had that flickering issue I fixed it my disconnecting the sensor, it was just a clip that you unplug, If you can locate the sensor on the mitubishi you should be able to follow it and unplug it.

where was this sensor on the solara?

its on the passenger side on the firewall. On the solara there is a sensor on the dash and then the plug in on the other side in the engine compartment. I am gonna go look at my ralli art right now and see if i can find it.

whoa wait2, your lancer has DRLs? i thought DRLs are only for canadian vehichles only

yeah I think you correct because I was testing it and I was pretty sure I did not have DRL's. But if that is not the correct wire the plug looks like that. Check you're headlights and follow them backwords, somewhere there will be a sensor and a plug that looks like the one I took a pic of. Too bad you are so far away or i would come by can check it out and try to find the clip. Good LucK

followed the wire down just now, looks like it hides near the plug for the foglamps, anyway, tried that other day, a dry day to be exact, its raining here and my car's all wet :P hehe
