Our stock cat isn't really the main thing robbing power, it's the downpipe. Downpipe + high-flow cat would definitely give you a nice bump in power, though.

I had a high flow on my old eclipse, i didnt recognize a thing. Let it be known that my car had cams, and everything but a turbo. Hi flow cat really wont do crap, at least for me it didnt. And from what I have heard from some of my muscle car friends who put them on, they didnt recognize anything either.

on an N/A car, the exhaust modding isn't going to do a WHOLE lot... especially not just a high flow cat... we put a full exhaust on our S2000, and I think it gained like 10 hp total

try looking into what other people put on their cars, what kind of mufflers, did they go 2.5 , 2.25. or 3 in piping, did they have a resonator, cat , all with the dp i think blk-majik has a sound clip on here with his exhaust a 2.5 exhaust , resonator, with mag muffler, but i think that he has not gotten the dp yet, i know he is gonna get one from last i heard or maybe he has gotten i'm not sure. but it does sound sooo nice, i'm just wondering what the dp is gonna change on the sound??

I will tell you what the downpipe is going to do, the sound is really RASPY. Not high pitched, not deep sounding, just LOUD LOUD LOUD. I wont drive with my buddy because with it on his car he sounds like such crap. But he has stock exhaust, i havent heard it on an aftermarket muffler.
