Unless I missed it does a 4G63 intake manifold fit a 4G69? I have been looking around for one and besides the RRM P&P IM which will cost me a bit after shipping and customs I have not seen any 4G69 options.

I can get brand new 70mm throttle bodies cheaper than used 65mm throttle bodies but if I was to go larger than 65mm I'd like to have a IM manifold appropriate for the size.

For the heads studs, is it the 7 bolt 4g63 with 11mm bolts that we need?

It all depends on what your goals are for the motor, if your not planning on spending another 5k on your car with turbo/supercharger/nitrous/all motor then I would put that time and money somewhere else.

The block height of the 4G69 is the same as the 4G63. This means that you will need to source a set of 87mm Evo pistons that are meant for a stroker 4G63 setup. The rods are the same length between the 4G69 and 4G63, but the crank is 100mm. When Evo guys go stroker and don't opt to switch to a 4G64 block, they swap in a 100mm crank, but need a set of stroker pistons which are shorter than stock to allow for the extra piston travel in cylinder from the longer throw.

They make pistons for the 4g69 you don't need to get pistons meant for an evo stroker kit , just sounds like it would cost more getting it from a stoker kit. I'd stay close to the 9.5 compression ratio for the nitrous but maybe drop it down to like 9:1 for a good range for what your wanting.

yesterday while searching i found the wiseco pistons for the 4g69, so i feel dumb for not finding them earlier.
