Question Ordering AEM Cold Air Intake and Bypass

This is the best price i've found for an AEM intake (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW) but I noticed it doesn't say 05 Ralliart. I assume it will work fine though since it's the same 2.4L engine, correct? Also I am planning on ordering the Bypass valve, but I can't seem to find the diameter of the AEM CAI. I was able to search the forums and find that the Injen CAI is 2.75 diameter, so i'm thinking the AEM is the same? Sry for the noob questions but it would really suck to order the wrong stuff . Thanks.

I would actully recommend getting the injen one, the aem you have to cut to install the bypass. The injen has a spot for it and it can bet use as a SRI in the winter,. but I dont think you would realy need the bypass, where the filter sits you almost have to be in water up to you fog lights for it to get it, the filter is point up slightly. I was concerned about this my self but after It was installed I noticed that It would be realy hard for it to get wet

Do not get a bypass valve. You wont need it unless you drive in standing water all the time. And when i say standing, i mean at least 7 inches.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I think I will get the Injen instead, being able to turn it into a short ram is a really nice feature. Still just wondering if I am right about the intakes marked "for 2004 2.4L MT" will fit my car? They must since I have yet to find one that says it's for a 2005.
