that's why he didn't overlay them right on top of eachother... if you look at his overlay he's got things pretty damn close. 101 right under 103... 113 under 116 etc... I think he did a damn good job and is really close with it.
I'm referring to the curves.
One ends at 6100 rpm and the other at 6000 yet you can clearly see in the overlay that the stock dyno graph extends beyond the Piggy sheet.
Sorry for being picky but the scales have to be the same to have any chance of an accurate comparison.
Edit: It could make things improve or worse depending on the closeness of the 2 graphs. I'm only referring to the accuracy.

Headers/downpipe, cbe, cai or sri, with a tuned piggy, definitely give you a healthy increase, not sure about 20-30hp though..
