What to expect from RRM's total product line?

i've done research and still have questions. DallasN2O did 14.39 with a 50 shot dry on a stock RA. if you take RRM's product line HP increases would a RA be close to that number.

axleback+piggy+CAI= 27HP
UD pulley = 7HP
DP w/highflowcat = 8HP (just a guess that the cat would decrease the HP)
intake port/polish = 10HP

thats 52HP. would there be any difference in the N2O 50 shot dry and the 52HP bolt on?

i've researched the registry and no RA's have made the 13's in the quarter. some seem to be really slow with the mods listed. i know not everybody hits the 1/4 mile, heck i havent yet.

i'm close to having all these mods, another $1000 and i'll have them. does anybody here think that with nothing but bolt-ons and possibly different tires that the RA is capable of a low 14 sec quarter?

is the RA capable of a 13 sec quarter without going into the engine? maybe with headers and if they come out with a modified throttle body or something else.

i'm not out to void my warrenty, but i'll push it as far as i can. turbo NO. N2O NO. i'm just looking at what the car is able to do, i'd love to be in a 13 sec NA RA, but is it possible? money really aint a problem. i would like to know if its possible.

and for those that might want to say buy an EVO to get the times, i think the mods are only $1800 or so(plus tires $$$$). if a couple more hundreds will get me into the 13's than thats all i need to get into trouble.

thanks for listening

i checked that thread, and the guy has all that plus drag tires and only 14.3? looks like no hope for 13's with just RRM parts and street tires. somebody give me hope please.

PS. i realize the car has limitations, i'm just looking for them at a NA level on stock internals.

well i believe it is very possible. as i said, a friend of mine use to run 15.1-15.2 with just intake and exhaust with ****ty tires. i believe he was able to hit a 15.0 once he got new tires but has since then sold the car. and there are quite a few more mods available for your car than what you have listed. every bit counts, and theres nothing better than some good old weight reduction.

well then imho; is a fools errand to try to make the car run to catch the 13's... a fools errand.... non the less.. sepnd your money the way you please but dont expect to say you want to push the boundaries (sp?) of the carr wo hurting warranty.. besides we are all gearheads here, if you want to be "in the modding scene" the last thing you will care about is the damm warranty.
just my 2 cents

anyway, i like to mod, but i would like to be cool with the warrenty. i've read probably every post for the past year and a half on this site, so i know whats up. its all good, just info for future use.

on the 1/4 mile times....remember that it depends on air density and altitute....you are not gonna get the same numbers in Arizona or Colorado that you would get in ,lets say Atco,NJ or Carolina,PR

remember just cause axel/piggy/cai give you 27hp, ud pulley gives you 7hp, dp/ with high flow cat gives you 8 hp . and the intake gives 10hp , does not mean that you add them all up and that is the amount of hp that you have, all of those things work together, for instance or cai takes a little low end torque away but your dp may give you some of it back if you dynoed not i'd bet you would be somewhere between 190 and 200hp not 214hp with all those added up to the stock ra. just a thought man.

with everysigle N/A option out for the RA right now it is impossible to get in the 13's. you will need forced induction to be there.

sweetbucket22 pulled low 13's without slicks... he did have the drag radials though. The last thing he may have needed to get into those time would be that new header RRM is producing. He was right there.

He decided to just put on the turbo kit though... he pulled low 13's with that as far as i've seen. He may be into the 12's now but i've yet to see him post anymore about it. RRM now has that alky injection so he may be playing with that.

I think the NA car can do it with all those mods... if anything maybe just throw a small wet shot (30-50) on top of them and for sure 13's are doable.

No way you are going to get 50+ HP out of all those mods. Like someone else said, maybe 190-195 max.

I'm thinking with my setup probably 185hp and maybe a 14.8-14.9 run.

My setup is as follows.

Power:
CAI, pully, piggy-back, downpipe, axle-back

Traction / helper mods:
Tein Basics, 5Zigen (14.2 lbs), Nitto's, Progress rear sway bar + perches, Works short-throw, RRM clutchline

There have already been RA's running low 14's. There's already one in the 13's now with the RRM turbo.

Search... sweetbucket22, PRmivec, and a few others have already been in the zones and i'm sure will be down deeper soon.

Remember... sweet had a ported head as well... PRmivec did cam tuning... there's more to making a car go than just bolt on mods!
