The CAI from RRM

Why would it matter if that was used on an automatic? It says 5 spd only.

There isnt enough room for the correct pipe size in an auto. (I think)

you could always just get a pod filter and just bolt it straight onto the stock intake after removing the stock box

The trans housing in an auto is too big, so the CAI won't make it past it.

just go with injen, they make a CAI for autos.

That should be a good enough reason not to get it. I have RRMs SRI in my car. I like it. Install was amazingly simple and it sounds great when you really get on the gas.

i had the CAI but the SRI was giving me better results, kind of happy if rock is right.

SRIs work great on auto or 5 speed.

With the grills in the front we have good air flow. I think the sri is better off. more low end power, better throttle response, and only a little less high end.
