On the exhaust side of things the AU based cars are a bit different as I believe they have 2 catayltic converters.

I was under the impression that the US ralliarts also had two cats as well same as the AU ones I had a cat in the stock exhaust manifold ( built into the actual pipework itself ) and the second in the usual place under the car...

Nope. The US Ralliarts have one catayltic converter, it is located in the downpipe.

Only the 4G94 US Lancers have dual cats (one in the header and one in the downpipe.)
