has anyone had this experience before?

Probably not related to the piggyback.

Yeah, our ABS lights are kinda quirky. There have been several posts in the past of the sort. I think when the system "reads" something unexplained, it throws the light out of caution.

Once when I was coming to a hard stop in the rain, my car slid for a few feet an my light lit up. Another time I had to stop hard in reverse and same thing.

Prob coincidental, I wouldn't worry about it...

I think the reason for it that when the ABS light comes on what the cars ECU has registered is that either the rear wheels are not moving and the front ones are and vice versa - the same thing happens when you have a car on the dyno after the dyno run the ABS light will be on because the ECU has detcted that one set of wheels are moving while the other set is not no big deal really if you drive and apply the brakes normally under very low speeds then the light goes out

Retro this is what happened to yours you may of locked up the brakes and the ABS was actually working the light is not there as a fault light but more to tell you it is working
