Free'd up some extra TQ! free...almost
Thanks bruce,....
At least someone understood my method of thinking. Who says my RA isn't gonna be turbo'd as soon as the warantee is over...
My fiance fabbed up the manifold, milled a new 1/2" diameter fuel rail, IC pipes are done, Intercooler measures out to be 28"X 7" X 3", and a (i think he said SC5031) or some turbo like that will be under the hood. I still don't understand most of his jargon
. but any how, RRM's forged pistons are still to be ordered aswell as AEM EMS I think thats what it's called....

pm hell_spawn, I contacted him back in April about a manifold and he quoted me a price from someone local to him. It was expensive though, you may be better off doing the evo manifold with RA flange welded to it.
You guys need to find dealerships that are mod friendly.
I got some clutch issues fixed under warranty, and they could clearly see all my modifications.
The service manager is smart enough to know that a CAI won't have any direct effect on my clutch. They are usually interested in what I do to the car, and still see if they can cover stuff under warranty if something comes up.
So mods don't necessarily mean a voided warranty....Federal law protects consumers against unjust warranty denials. The mere presence of an aftermarket part isn't a lawful reason for denial—the aftermarket part must be part of the reason for the otherwise-warranted failure.

mistu dealer - "yeah im sorry but we cant replace the transmission because that Ralli///Art sticker on your front window creates uneven dynamacy and the wind resistance is different to what the transmission is built to handle thus voiding your warrenty"
you - STFU
you - STFU
My goal for this car is 300+ whp on semi-stock internals.
Anything more is useless for fwd.By "set-up" I mean fuel rail, exhaust manifold, intercooler piping, intercooler core, bov, and alcohol injection. Your choice of engine management is what you want it to be.
Then again, I'll ask him how long it will take, as opposed to getting a kit from RRM or RIPP.
this is the actual turbo for my setup:
