Road Race Header

If I purchase the header and dp combo is it possible just to use the header and not the dp like will the header mount to the stock exhaust without the dp??? I just want to keep it emissions legal you know...

i think it should stil be legal if u keep the stock cat isnt it?

The header is a bolt on if you use it as one piece. You can use an aftermarket high flow cat, which is the route many have gone, also takes care of the raspyness many ppl hate here( I have no problem whatsoever)

You have to flange it and bolt it at the en dof the header, which will require some modification to your exhaust......but you were gonna get exhaust anywayright?

Highflow cat and you should still be emissions legal

ok so pretty much a no..gotta use the dp im guessing lol...just checking will prob do the combo and just weld a cat on just wanted to see...thanks for the help...

well to be honest the high flow cat is a waste of money, and it may turn the check engine light on, as for the header, for an OZ it might give it a little more increse in power, but nothing to write home about, and the Ralliart comes with a pretty good header from the factory so no need to change it, alot of people have been brain washed about the idea that installing a header will give you more power, unless you have the other mods to supprt it, then it's useless. As far as the cat remaining emission legal, well that depends on your local laws, and again the free flowing cat wont do much either.

i have the header/dp, i put the high flow cat rrm sells in and i have the catback, still emissions legal.
