Just the fact that....you dont want to put your parking break on at every light, thats just stupid,
Especailly if it did not do it before,
I guess i will have to pull off the transmission and start scoping things out...i will start bu bleeding the system to see if that helps and then ajust the pedal and let you guys know.

Why dont you use your foot brake at stop lights? Who uses the Emergency Brake as means to stop at stop lights.

This happened with my Evo a couple of time when it was real cold. I changed my transfluid and it seems to have went away. You might want to consider changing the fluid to something other than what you are using. I put Syncromesh in mine.
