Installed Header and DP. Sounds good except the white polishing beads I couldn't get them all out of the flex pipe on the DP so the rattle when I accelerate. They are slowly coming out but cant wait till they all come out tried pulling it back off and wiggling the flex but cant get them all out. Did anyone else have this issue? Other then that once they all come out it will sound good with my OBX axel back, nice deep tone.
I drove on the freeway for awhile yesterday and the cel came on, parked got up to go to the store today and it was off again drove around town did not come on. Has anyone had this happen? Is it gonna do it when Im on the freeway every time? Did not lose any power everything seem to be running alright.

The cel comes on after driving for awhile freeway or not. Anybody else have this issue? Anybody know how to fix it? Cause if it is gonna happen all the time at least the performance gain is worth the hassle. Sounds like there is only a couple beads left in the flex pipe, They are coming out slowly.
Here's a lil info about cel lights caused by headers from one of the 4G boards I hangout on. This is a reply from mike (owner of RRE) about a set of 4G headers.
Hope this helps.
When ever a car gets a CEL/SES light with headers or because of no precats we need to know if it is because the O2 sensor is reading too much or too little.
We have adjusted the size of the hole smaller in the last months. It is always easier to make the hole bigger for a guy at home than to make it smaller.
Seems that cars with the second cat in place have more back pressure to the spacer and O2 sensor. They require a smaller hole to compensate for that extra pressure forcing more gasses to the sensor.
Guys with no second cat could get a code because the O2 sensor is not seeing enough gasses through the little spacer hole. Making the hole bigger would fix that car.
If the hole is a bit too big or too small for the circumstances it will take some time in steady state cruising for the ECU to run a check and compare the voltage it is seeing from the primary and secondary sensors. Thus the light will not come on around town but will come on a freeway drive.
Others have had their O2 sensor just flat out fail because of the trauma of removing the sensor and swapping it over to the new parts. We've had that happen here at the shop twice and we are pretty careful with them. Usualy those however get the CEL/SES light instantly.

Thanks Otter. I think I put my cel eliminator on the wrong O2. It goes on the O2 sensor after the down pipe. The furthest one back mine is on the first one on the down pipe. It is supposed to be on the furthest one back right?
