04 ralliart stock idle

i tried doinga search for this info but i cant find it...... its been so long that ive had this car i do not rememeber what the idle should be..... im idleing at like 600/700 and yesterday i was just sitting with the car running for like 10 minutes and nothing extra was running no heat or nething and the car started to idle at 1000 the 1200 so i taped the gas a tiny bit and it went up to 2500 but didnt come back down to reg idle....... (when i did this before it has solved the problem)..... i ended up turning off the car and giving it a second and turned it back on it jumped right back up to 2500 but then did go back to 6/700.... i also noticed when i was doing 80mph i was around 3000 3500 rpm..... aceleration feels crappy too so i was just wondering if any one can help me out with the idle info..... it would be appriciated

your car should be at 3500 rpm at 75 mph (give or take)

I concur with resetting the ecu...theres no way to adjust the idle on a '04 Ralliart unless you do it through a hub computer at Mitsubishi
