help.. really bad problems
well this my problem with my ralliart 2006 mt
a few days before i start and run my car
its all going good but when the car rreach the 1,500 rpm it makes an strange sound and i was like WTF and specially when it hits 1500 rpm, when the car passes the 1500 rpm the sound just desappear but when it hit it again it just makes the sound, just right when the car gets hot, the sound desappear but the rpm starts falling down like crazy and hits 500 rpm and the car just starts to die but seems that something just keep it running but it continue to getting low rpms and i saw that when i use the car days before the rpm from getting high just return to normal but slow like from 3000 to 700 rpm but it return slow.. it just get to normal but slow like when my car was okey now it just get from 3000- to 500 and very fast and u feel when the car just starts to die but it doesnt and return like 550-600 and keep it on and i feel like lost power..
anyone that can help me?
the only custom thiing is the air filter...
they told me that it sounds like the maf sensor..

is ur filter still on correctly? cause i remember my old 03 lancer started to idle like crap and i discovered the filter wasn't on correctly anymore, it had popped off a little. after that i was ok again. but idk about that weird sound at 1500rpm.
well i was reading about testing the maf sensor
by turning on the engine then unplugging the maf sensor
and if the car just runs perfectly it means that the sensor is failing
but some time in a moment like a week ago the ecu send me a code about a 02 sensor that was failing but then it justs errase it self and it didnt appear any more the code error was P0134 and it says it doesnt detect activity in the circuit sensor of heated oxigen something like that but i didnt put so much attention cuz it errase it self :s
could it be a the maf?
any idea to see if the sensor is bad?

well it was time back but i correct the problem and worked fine for like a month
cuz i cut the maf tube of an original air box and it works correct
but i post up that like for since a week ago the ecu sent me a code
p0134 about a 02 oxigen sensor that wasnt having activity but i connect it in autozone just to check the code and when they disconnect it the code wassnt on anymore
but i check the wire and its all okey
i am geeting out of ideas

all they did at autozone was erase the code from the sounds of it. i dont think they actually fixed whatever problem you're having.

its very hard i havent seen any ralliart were i live thats the problem bro
