Make sure the filter isnt up to high on the piping. Mine did the same when the filter was pushed up to much.

 

Oh really? Hmm...Maybe I'll play around with that tonight. I have mine up as far as it will allow. I figured thats how its supposed to go on

 

I "modified" my RRM CAI so I didn't have to cut the splash shield. SO maybe that's the reason but I doubt it.

 

Just installed the TB from a 3.8L Endeavor...god does it sound good. Car makes a blow off valve sound at high rpms.....very addicitng...and the new found acceleration ain't too bad as well.

Anyways, I still have yet to do this, Wedding is this Saturday and I've been working more. So hopefully after the honeymoon I get this done. Also you can use the TB from the endeavor also? I saw one on eBay but was afraid to get it actually.

 

Any TB from the 6g75 motor will bolt right up.
