My 05 RA oil lite comes on at idle, and has since my last oil change when i went to synthetic 5-20 per the owners manual. is this of any concern?

Mine has been doing the same thing for a year now, when I drive on the highway for a while thendrive local the oil light is on/ flickers at idle. Its the oil pressue switch/sensor. Nothing that will hurt anything. I put every kind of high quailty oil and oil treatment and it still comes on.. its/not hurting anything just make sure the oil is full and your good to go =)

Replace the oil pressure switch. It's cheap and easy.

My reflash changed my idle to 1000rpms but how else can you change it? Before the reflash ,I tried adjusting the nuts on the tps but the ecu took over and made it the same as before.
