alternator problems...

i have recently replaced the alternator for my car. for some reason it will not charge the battery. i have had the alternator and the battery checked and they are both good. the car then would work for a couple of days but then it will just stop working one day. what should i do? also if anyone could help me with pictures on where the alternator should be hooked up to be correct. i really need yalls help and fast...

i replaced it myself and i usually have no problems but i mean this is starting to become a hassle. i need something with pictures that will help me see where it needs to be hooked up at.

Double check all of your connections, both positive and negitave, make sure they are clean with no grease/dirt/paint/corrosion on the connecting surfaces.

u only got 3 thing to connect to ur alt a pos wire that goes to ur battorey a light grey clip and a black smaller clip i just did my alt to
