rrm's p/p intake manifold

ok so i bought the rrm intake manifold a couple months or so ago and i have to say i liked it. before i got it the throttle response felt kinda lazy and with the manifold it feels 5x better than before all while making the car faster and increasing air flow id recomend this product to anyone who's looking to get more out of their ralliart

overall very pleased with the work good job for the guys at rrm
10/10

Good to hear. I don't have the RRM one but I had mine ported and polished by PPI. Now you have to get the bigger throttle body.
I wish we could get a 3in pipe from the filter but the damn MAF would not work with anything bigger then 2.5in.

Has anyone experiment with a larger MAF?

depends on how it's wire, and how the signal is sent...I could experiment, but that would require me to have both my cars down at the same time. I'll be back home working by october, other than that it's just a thought, anyone else?

i would think that if it does work you could possibly hook up bigger intake pipes to it?

So you're saying that an MAF from a base Lancer like ES or OZ works on a bigger pipe??? Hard to believe... Would be nice to find a solution because the 2.5in MAF housing it's such a bottle neck especially with a p&p intake manifold and bigger TB.

Not saying it would work but more like something to experiment with and find out?
