Spark Plug Question

I just check my plugs in my 06 RA and here is the outcome:

Now to my understanding, I thought plugs should be a tannish colour. Black would be to rich and white too lean. Mine seems to be on the white side (not good).
Note: These are the original Iridium plugs ( recommends replacement at like 168,000Km I think).

The car has been driven hard by the previous owner and harder by me . I run 89 octane and have no engine mods. So my question to you guys would be what should I do? I was thinking I should change the plugs, go for a run, come back and check the colour. What would you do?

Just my paranoia that something is always wrong with my car lol. The car seemed to be fine, a little bit sluggish but nothing major like massive power loss or bucking like a misfire.

Lol. My engine bay was spotless (well as much as possible for living in Newfoundland) until my car was sitting behind the dealership for a couple months with the hood unlatched. My 3rd & 4th synchros were being replaced and parts were B/O. Ill clean it soon, I hope lol. Just look at all the rust, that is what any car in Newfoundland looks like. We use alot of salt on the roads and have bad winters.

Mines rusty too, but rust blends in better with the color of the body and all the black stuff under the hood, rather than the light grey colored dirt...lol

Good to know. I have heard good and bad things but nice to hear it from people with the same car lol. I'll just stick to the NGK's.

especially considering they are our stock plugs if I remember correctly. I think I need to change mine soon, I've been coming up with cylinder misfire lately on all four

I bought NGK plugs at RockAuto. They were cheap and shipping was fast.
