need a radiator fan motor

An OEM radiator fan motor is $230 + shipping

So I decide to go with an aftermarket one, called autozone, OReilly, etc, but they don't sell it

where do you guys recommend to get one ?

you sure it's not working? maybe it's a fuse/relay or the fan controller...

check resistance of the coils...

It is not working, I did connected it direct to the battery and it does not do anything. also checked my wire jumpers with a multimeter and it was reading 12.xx volts. The same jumpers where used in the other fan and it worked, so i think that the fan motor is bad.

if it were me, i would rewind the coils myself. and repair the motor, but have a look at car-part.com, if your local part store doesn't have fan motors...

Genera-TYC makes a replacement that has both fans and the shrouds for less than an OEM fan motor...

i would search car-part.com, i just did a quick search and they are as low as $20-30

as long as the car's moving you don't need a fan

you could even rig the AC fan to work as the radiator fan in the mean time...

These are the rules guys I didn't make them but it only makes sense as this forum is entirely in English. Mainly because people can't read Spanish text to understand or ask questions about your conversation. I live in Miami and my wife is 100% Cuban knowing Spanish here isn't optional it's mandatory

Back on topic........
