Coming Back For Summer and R&D Problem !

Hi guy I'm back on the forum for the summer :P I will take you pics off my build and plan soon, I have do a lot of new things on my car.

But I have to manage with a lots of R&D Problem on the car -.-

My last prob is the transmission

Transmission build For help you :

LSD Buy From RRM
CLucht Master FX300 Carbon/Kelvar (Pressure plate and DISc)
AASCOO Lightweight FLywheel
RRM SS CLucht Line
ROyal Purple Tranny oil
Urethane bushing
Under hood urethane bushing


ALL parts is brand new (less than 500km) and when I but the LSd All Gear and tranny is fully rebuild

My PRoblem:

When my engine is off every gear inclure R Shift Perfectly and better if its possible :P

But When the engine is on its the war for shift... Something I need to turn off my engine only for put my R and start back the engine only for move back...

ALL Gear Is hard to shift 4 and 5 ytoo...

We try many things for resolve the prob.. I need the senior opinion please. New member or useless comments go on other post please

try to adjust the clutch pedal "free play", check your clutch master and slave cylinders for leaks.

bleed the clutch again?

Also, are you using transmission oil with a friction modifier in it so it's not too slippery? or else when shifting the gears will grind badly and not want to engage because the synchros can't do their job.

It could be the royal purple trans fluid. I have heard of alot of people getting sticky shifts and grinds with it. Which RP fluid are you using?

Also you wrote urethane bushings at the base and shifter, those are still mushy like the stock rubber ones , no? Look into solid metal ones.
