Well from last I heard , Ziggy and Cranswick were going to attempt to fab one for the ralliart but maybe the 2 of you working together with Ziggy can get the job done faster? I really thought this thread was the prototype release or something

I remember these things back in the DSM days. They work to a point and then don't hold the power any more. Should work fine on your Ralliart.

Couple of my budds used to run these years ago on their hondas and loved them. Everybody knows that hondas have horrible tq steer especially when boosted and these made a sizeable difference.

Rob, which generation/trim level eclipse is it for, cause the 2g ran until 1999...if it's for the 3rd generation eclipse, both the GS AND GT had the same diff as us...What Ziggy and i are talking about, is a less expensive version of the exact same thing...But if phantom grip makes one for the 3rd gen eclipse it should fit your diff, Ziggy won't have any made by the time you get your tranny back together, so if you wanted to do it now, go for it...

I spoke with Ziggy about it the other day, and he informed me that his CNC machine is down at the moment, and he's not sure when it will be back up an running...i'm going to try to talk him into taking my stock diff for measurements anyways, maybe he has some made that will work, who knows...we're trying...

I also heard, could be wrong but heard that these things ware down. I know for a fact that if you make too much power they break. Check out the DSM forums they have a history with these. DSM talk for sure.

I don't think "too much power" is going to be a problem here. And thank you for the DSM tip, time to do some reading...

i hang out with the DSM crowd in my area, every other late model Lancer owner i've met locally was either a complete noob, or a total d-bag...or both. That and they don't go to the track, they just rev their engines at me at red lights, and try to race me in 50km/h zones.... I know a guy that runs a 4G63 swapped FWD colt who uses RTM racing's LSD unit, and it's strictly a track car, and he's not seen any signs of wear in several thousand km's.

im sure the 03-06ish year of the eclipse would fit as long as its for the 2.4l if its the V6 i dunno, but its a bit expensive for the phantom grip considering what it is, so ill wait and hope that Ziggy has some done by march.
