Auxiliary Cooling Fan Constantly On

On my 2004 Ralliart, the auxiliary cooling fan has been constantly running even in cool conditions, like today (raining, 60 degrees) with no defroster or A/C on. Typically it would run with the defroster on and that was the only time. This a new issue and I'm not sure what to do to fix it. As many of you Ralliart owners know, it's an obnoxiously loud fan. It doesn't matter if I'm moving or idle at a stop light, it's just always on now. My temperature gauge never goes past the mid mark between cold and hot. Any suggestion?

Thanks!

I'm thinking: bad Fan Control Module?
I just recently saw a thread regarding the fans.
Try to search "2004 ralliart + fan control module + evolutionm" on Google and you will see what I mean

Helped me out too just happening to see this. It's something I had noticed but didn't know it was an 'issue.'
