MIL wont go out, always same code

MIL wont go out, always same code
This code is starting to haunt my dreams. 
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Circuit A too High.
What the hell is causing this, its not the MAF (been replaced and same code, just went back to the OE one because the Delphi one died after my new Injen CAI went on.)
The code first showed up about a month or two ago, Ive owned the car for a year and untill a week or two ago had a SRI on it and no issues till recently. pins on the connector look fine and the wires don't look damaged.
