When I push the clutch pedal in I hear a squealing noise. From what I have researched briefly it could be the throw out baring? Is there an adjustment that can happen or is this the death of the clutch?

How old is the clutch? To replace the bearing you need to remove the transmission, so if the clutch has been in there for a while you might as well replace it all...if your car has a lot of miles, it might be worthwhile to replace your transmission main bearings as well...the input shaft bearing is notorious for failure...Originally Posted by Tim2s3

You could just replace the bearing though but you would Inspect the clutch of course and if it's worn beyond limits, it has to be replaced anyway, that's the only reason I suggest a complete clutch replacement.
