Hey guys, I rarely ever post on here and I dont know a ton about cars so I need some help.

My 04 Ralliart will sometimes have a delayed start. So if I push the clutch in, and turn the key, sometimes it wont even try to turn over for a few seconds. Someone mentioned to me the clutch synchronizer?

Does that sound right? If so, what kind of labor am I looking at?

any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Could be starter solenoid going bad.
