Reflash or piggyback ?

Hey, i was wondering if there was still people doing the reflash of a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart ? If yes, where are you guys ?

I'm from chicoutimi (saguenay) near montreal in quebec, canada ... I can do some road to get to you guys.
And is the reflash really better than the piggyback ECU from roadrace ?
