the panel filter is the same.. but the actual intake tracts and the MAF sensor mounts are all DIFFERENT.. the only thing simillar is the panel filter..

yea in the nights when it is cooler, i hear the sound. Sounds like a small turbo or a whisping sound. It's just the filter sucking in air. Lol
