I would wait until you realize how much of a waste of money a body kit is.

I'm just offering my opinion. I look at car mods differently now than I did at 22. Back then, I wanted a kit for my Talon very badly, but I couldn't afford it. By the time I could afford it, I no longer wanted it. I'd rather spend the mod money on something that will make an improvement in performance.

Well, some people are about "show," some are about "go," and some do both! To each their own. As for my opinion, I'd wait on a kit until next spring/summer, since it might get thrased a bit during the winter. Not that I know what a real winter is like, living in California all my life.... heh.

^yeah im in the same boat...us californians have no experience in what winter is like...hell i even lived in hawaii for a few years...and winter there just means bigger waves!...so a kit in cali for the winter is not a big problem

I'd wait till spring/summer and see what kits come out next year. Right now there's very few options and I wouldn't settle unless you had a big show to do or something.

Personally, I waited until there was a decent amount of kits to choose from and then made the decision. More options tends to be better.

Accolades kits require removal of the rear bumper guard (the actual metal piece under the bumper cover). Something to think about if you're concerned with safety. Their Evo front requires bumper modification as well. Unfortunately the only kit that doesnt require modification is from importtrenz, and it's not very pretty. i love certain kits on certain cars, but there ain't anything good out for our cars right now. oh well.

I'd hold off on the kit. Better kits will be out next year, with better fitment. I was thinking of port and polish over the winter or a possible clutch upgrade to get ready for turbo or SC (leaning towards SC) thats where the money should be spent.

to me a body kit isnt that good anymore, its wayy too expensive and too much work to install. i used to be a big fan of like..'hardcore' body kits with like..a hugeass grill in the middle and sides or sumthing like that. now i think either a front and a back lip is the best. well that in my opinion, wait for sum lips to come outt 8)
