Raced a Sentra SE-R

I raced a Nissan Sentra SE-R lastnight. Ive got intake exhaust and lowerd. He had exhaust and sounded like intake. But thats it. So anyways, i pull up next to him and he revvs up, so i reply. Light turns green and we go. He pulled on me in 1st and 2nd by about a half a foot it seemed like. Then in 3rd he started losing it and i pulled on him, but then this jerk off mexi-accord pulls out in front of him and ends our race. I was so dissapointed because i read that the SE-R is supposedly the challenger to the RA. I wanted to see if i could pull on him and get the win, but didnt have the chance. Anyone else race one and with what results???

You're not allowed to post street racing threads on this board, now if you go back and edit it, and say you were on the 1/4 mile track and a bird flew in front of the SE-R and screwed up the race, you'll be fine

Glorifying? So if you talk about racing your car, they will remove it?

spec-v or no? if it was, then its a good thing it ended at 3rd gear, cuas the sentra prob would have 0wn3d it just has more power, period. the extra gear would help, too. if it was just an se-r, then it would have been a pretty close run, but you would prob come out on top. either way, they are one of the few cars in our class that I considered getting b4 I got my RA. im happy with my choice =]

Yeah, was it a spec-v se-r, or regular se-r. I think they might have taken you if it was a spec-v

We actually put more power to the ground than the SE-R. FYI. However, the extra gear they have is very helpful in the top end. It's still a cheap car with a big engine. However, it still deserves a little respect like any other car.
